Terms and Conditions
Effective from 25 September 2026
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the MultiQuiz game — the mobile app for Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store), the browser version of the game and the uk.multiquiz.app website. By using the game, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.
1. Who provides the game
MultiQuiz is developed and provided by Mateusz Kraska ("we", "us"). For any questions about the game or these terms, you can contact us at mistrzmatik@gmail.com.
2. Who can play
The game may be used by people aged 16 or over.
The game runs in several language regions. Each region has its own player accounts, rankings and question database.
3. Player account
You do not need to register. Your account is created automatically when you first launch the game and is linked to your device or, in the browser version, to your browser. If you change devices or clear your browser data, you may permanently lose access to your existing account.
Accounts that have been inactive for a long time are deleted as described in the privacy policy. You can also ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to mistrzmatik@gmail.com.
4. Fair play
Your player name may be up to 13 characters long. It must not be offensive or vulgar, impersonate other people or infringe their rights. Names containing banned words are automatically replaced with a default name.
In particular, you must not:
- use programs, scripts or other tools that answer questions automatically or otherwise give you an advantage over other players,
- exploit bugs in the game for your own benefit,
- create multiple accounts or collude with other players to manipulate scores and rankings,
- disrupt the game or its servers, or harass other players.
Players can report other players who break the rules. If you break these terms, we may change your player name, exclude you from rankings, restrict access to certain features or delete your account.
5. Questions submitted by players
You can submit your own questions in the game. Submitted questions are moderated — we may edit, reject or remove them without giving a reason.
By submitting a question, you confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not submit questions containing offensive or unlawful content or personal data.
You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual licence to use the question — including to edit it, translate it into other languages, and make it available in the game in all regions and in materials promoting the game (for example on the uk.multiquiz.app website and in quiz PDF files). Your player name may be displayed with the question as its author.
6. Gameplay, rankings and leagues
- Rankings, leagues, points and the Grand Final are purely for fun — no cash or material prizes are involved.
- We do our best to make sure questions and answers are correct, but mistakes can happen. You can report an incorrect question directly in the game.
- We may change the rules of gameplay, scoring, leagues and rankings, and add or remove game modes and questions.
7. Premium and learning tokens
The basic version of the game is free and contains ads. You can optionally buy a Premium subscription.
- Premium removes ads and gives you unlimited access to the learning module. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available, and the current price is shown before you buy.
- You buy Premium through Google Play or the App Store, and it is linked to your account in that store. The purchase, payment and billing are governed by the store's terms.
- The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel it in the store's subscription settings — once cancelled, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase, in line with its own policies.
- Without Premium, you get 3 free learning tokens every day. You can earn an extra token by choosing to watch a rewarded ad.
8. Ads
The free version of the game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for advertisers' products and services. Information about the data used to show ads can be found in the privacy policy.
9. Availability and liability
The game is provided as is. We try to keep it running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this — technical breaks, outages and maintenance may occur.
You may need to update the app to keep using the game. We may change, develop or withdraw features of the game and, where justified, stop providing it.
These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Links to other websites
The game and the website may contain links to websites and services we do not operate, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content or practices — please read their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
12. Complaints and contact
You can send feedback and complaints about the game to mistrzmatik@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days. Complaints about Premium payments are handled by the store where you made the purchase.
13. Changes to these terms and governing law
We may change these terms, for example when new features are added to the game. The current version is always available on this page together with the date from which it applies. By continuing to use the game after a change, you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
